The Phalange dAcier\\

1-8 March 2002\\

It was a hard beginning in the Phalange dAcier. I will summarise it in a few main events:\\

-	Ordre, discipline, efficacite  thank you for a great training Grognar\\

-	Leaving the Stalitte we sang the song of the Croisees Lumieres. Nobody had told us that we started to early  therefore disciplinary measures were taken: from day one we were picked as responsible for digging the latrines. This did not make us very popular, as the smell was purposefully directed to the army by our superiors.\\
Through a series of unpredictable events we came to provoke the suicide of a stupid trooper of another Phalange  to the great amusement of the camp. This made us many friends.\\

-	The Marcheurs that lead the caravan in the darkness are not submitted to the same regime as the bulk of the troops, however they are not allowed to desert. A few marcheurs were caught not obeying orders and punished. Our phalange was instrumental in triggering a protest song during a religious service in solidarity with the marcheurs. This made us popular with a few people. However, the Pures were quite fierce in their repression  silence was demanded for three days. A price many were happy to pay, but not all appreciated it It gave us the great opportunity to meet again with Pitie, our old friend, who is now a Pure. He was particularly nice to Seth, his former leader.\\

-	The caravan was attacked by Brouille, bringing death and suffering to many croisees. Thanks to our experience, tactical skills and devotion by Seth and Di Pionio we suffered very little. However, we soon found out that some people seemed to have been forewarned about the attack and that they were maybe planning more havoc. We followed the group to find that they are Conqualites. Their next plan was to blow up a bridge while the Leviathan was crossing. Thanks to our intervention this did not happen.\\

The out come of the attack on the Leviathan was another show of solidarity of our hierarchy. Our Comodore wanted to punish us for disobedience, but Orso Vecress defended our case and saved us from the Leviathan to send us to the Batisseurs.\\

Lessons\\

-	The hierarchy does not get along\\
-	Orso likes us\\
-	The Conquale is still alive, and they can command Shankr creatures\\
-	Despite the discipline a lot of dealings are going on at the trooper level\\
